The Practice area includes Hitchin and the surrounding villages of Pirton, Holwell, Ickleford, the Wymondleys, Preston, Gosmore, Charlton, St Ippolyts and Offley.
We aim to provide all our patients with a full range of health care, including advice on ways of maintaining health and preventing illness. To help us to do this, patients joining the practice are asked to fill in a questionnaire which includes past medical history, family medical history and current health. As part of the registration process we perform a health check.
