We are a teaching practice and you may see a doctor who is with us for additional training.  These doctors are fully qualified and experienced in hospital medicine.  During their time with us they learn the special circumstances of general practice.  Occasionally we have medical and nursing students attached to the practice.  These undergraduates are closely supervised.

In order to extend the services provided we may also use the service of other doctors.

We have a Phlebotomist who visits the surgery to take blood samples and will also visit patients at home to take blood for those patients who are housebound.  We also have a dietician.

In addition we host some services for the Primary Care Trust such as Digital retinopathy for diabetics, Counselling and an Eneuresis clinic
