The Practice area includes Hitchin and the surrounding villages of Pirton, Holwell, Ickleford, the Wymondleys, Preston, Gosmore, Charlton, St Ippolyts and Offley.

We aim to provide all our patients with a full range of health care, including advice on ways of maintaining health and preventing illness. To help us to do this, patients joining the practice are asked to fill in a questionnaire which includes past medical history, family medical history and current health.
As part of the registration process we perform a health check.

Research

This Practice is part of the Primary Care Research Network of General Practices in Hertfordshire who host medical research on a regular basis. A nurse or doctor at this practice may approach you to participate in a research project. Please consider any patient information leaflets you may receive about the research carefully. Taking part in a research project can vary greatly and might involve completing a questionnaire, agreeing to an interview with a researcher or taking part in a clinical trial. Participation in any research is voluntary and saying no will not affect your usual medical care
